This role is responsible for guiding new customers through onboarding and training, providing ongoing support via chat, email, and phone, and troubleshooting technical issues in collaboration with internal teams. The specialist proactively monitors client engagement, addresses challenges, and educates users on new features and best practices. In addition, they contribute to renewal processes and identify opportunities to expand customer value, building strong, long-term client relationships. Candidates must be based in California to be considered.
