Today, we did typing practice to start out. I actually broke a previous record of mine on that particular typing test by having 85wpm with 97% accuracy with the higher accuracy being what changed. Next, we did an overview of Google Sheets where we went over the basics, formulas, and other forms of formatting. After that, we did a Google Sheets exercise involving calculating sales and other amounts for Girl Scout Cookie customer orders. I also did the extra credit on calculating the 20% overage for calculating how much extra boxes for future sales can be counted on. Lastly, we shared our Tech Articles, and I shared one that was about a Japanese space companies using scrap from rocket and satellite parts along with some natural minerals to make HiFi (short for high fidelity) audio speakers and a known DJ used natural sounds to make a 20+ minute song to play on said speakers. I just thought it was a cool story about parts from nifty space tech could be used to construct something just about all of us use.
