What I Did Today

Today, we began with touch type practice. I did my CORE check-in for the month as well. The bulk of our first hour was spent on an exercise involving typing responses to customers as a customer service representative of Sunshine Express.

The second hour was spent on the Customer Service Response exercise, along with proofreading and suggestions with a partner. I got some good feedback and I gave some as well, though we moved to the next assignment before it could be finished.

For the third hour, we moved on to another assignment involving scenarios regarding transferring calls. We did about two scenarios when class ended for the day.
