This position focuses on building upkeep, unit turnovers, and work orders while providing respectful, trauma-informed customer service in a housing-first environment. Ideal for hands-on workers with maintenance trade experience, strong teamwork skills, and comfort working with diverse populations, including tenants with mental health or substance use challenges.
