This role involves performing general property maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, flooring, appliances, and grounds upkeep. Responsibilities also include preventative maintenance, safety inspections, emergency response, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and curb appeal. Must interact courteously with residents and coordinate with maintenance leadership. High school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of property management or maintenance experience, valid driver’s license, ability to perform general carpentry/maintenance tasks, strong organizational and customer service skills.
Pay: $24 – $26 per hour
