We are looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. In this fast-paced role, you will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, provide product support, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Handle calls with excellent phone etiquette
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions or escalate when needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Assist with orders, product information, and general support
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery
Qualifications:
Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail with data entry tasks
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
