Role Overview
As an Associate Solutions Engineer, you will serve as a product expert across pre-sales and customer success. You’ll support customers technically, lead onboarding, and partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to drive adoption and expansion. This role is designed as a launchpad into an Enterprise Solutions Engineer position within 12–18 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1–2 technical support and troubleshoot customer issues
- Lead onboarding: configure integrations, workflows, and ensure fast time-to-value
- Support sales and expansion cycles with demos and proof-of-concepts
- Monitor usage, remove adoption blockers, and coach users
- Analyze support trends and share insights with product and engineering
- Build documentation, playbooks, and automation to scale operations
Who You Are
- 0–2 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role
- Strong problem-solving skills; comfortable with APIs and debugging workflows
- Interested in working with enterprise customers and scaling SaaS products
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building from the ground up
