Today, I started the class by practicing touch typing. Then, proceeded to practice basic phone skills. I also participated in the POW Customer Service role play by switching roles from being a bad employee to a good employee under different scenarios. Lastly, I completed the independent challenge, which consisted of three parts, and all went well.
