This is a people-first position focused on guiding individuals through important family-related decisions. You’ll speak with prospects who have already expressed interest, helping them understand their options and determine what best fits their needs. This is a consultative role centered on listening, asking thoughtful questions, and building trust—not traditional sales.
- Conduct 20–30 hours per week of calls and virtual meetings with inbound prospects
- Spend 5–10 hours on follow-ups with individuals who need more time or information
- Maintain organized notes, prepare for conversations, and manage your pipeline
- Participate in a weekly team call for coaching, case discussions, and mentorship

- Consistent, reliable, and willing to follow a structured process
- Comfortable guiding conversations without being pushy
- Open to learning; prior sales experience is not required
