Customer Support Clerk EGO Strength and Performance Remote Full-Time

Be the voice and first impression of EGO. As our Member Experience Specialist, you’ll handle inbound inquiries across phone, live chat, and web forms—ensuring every interaction leaves members feeling valued and confident in our brand.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all member and prospect inquiries
  • Manage scheduling for drop-in appointments (appointment-only access)
  • Guide prospective members through the membership process with clarity and professionalism
  • Maintain strict privacy and discretion in all communications
  • Log interactions and escalate issues related to memberships, billing, or perks to the Client Data Management team
  • Follow up on escalated cases to ensure full resolution before closing
  • Support EGO Run Club inquiries and assist with sign-ups
  • Assist with onboarding communications as new locations launch
  • Deliver a consistently high-quality, professional member experience across all channels

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of customer service, front desk, or client-facing experience (fitness industry a plus) NOT REQURIED
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage high volumes of inquiries across multiple channels
  • Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented
  • Team-focused mindset with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, chat platforms, and scheduling tools
  • Calm, friendly, and solution-oriented under pressure
  • Passion for fitness and strength sports is a plus
