Today, we learned something new. It’s Salesforce CRM. Salesforce is a customer platform designed to help sell, market, analyze, and connect with your customers. CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. I was able to receive a badge of completion. It was a little difficult, but I was able to understand the concept. I like the challenge of learning new and exciting things.
