Choisys Technology is seeking a customer-focused Help Desk professional to provide Tier 1 technical and functional support for the Army Training Information System (ATIS) Learning Management System (LMS). This role supports administrators, instructors, and students by resolving issues related to login access, course navigation, quizzes, gradebooks, discussion boards, and other LMS tools. Responsibilities include user account administration, assisting with bulk student uploads, supporting course setup and content management, identifying platform-wide issues, escalating complex cases to Tier 2 support, and creating SOPs and knowledge base documentation. Candidates should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, experience with browser-based troubleshooting, and familiarity with eLearning standards such as SCORM and xAPI. Experience with LMS platforms like Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas is preferred. Desired certifications include HDI Customer Service Representative, ITIL 4 Foundation, or Google IT Support Professional.
