We started our remote connectivity lab. My initial Windows virtual machine does not have the capability of remote access. So I had to start a new Windows virtual machine, which took time to download. I finally got access and then started on the 2nd step, AnyDesk. I could not get it to download onto the virtual machine. This is something I am going to have to check out. But Jose gave a lot of helpful info, and I was glad of that, cause i would have gotten stuck.
