Today I was able to finish the pre-lab ticket for the remote connectivity lab and start the lab for remote connecitivity. Making a new virtual machine on the workstation computer using a Windows 10 iso and am currently working on installing it. May have to restart the virtual machine on the workstation. Also learned new terminology that computer technicians use on the job daily, I think. Over all it been a good day.
