I had an amazing first day in my Associate position. I started a bit slowly, attempting to figure out the best method to create my job-posting blog posts efficiently. Once I found my method, I also read through many, MANY job postings that felt good until I read the requirements. It reminded me to start with the requirements before the rest of the information. This ensures the information meets the posting requirements. After checking in with Carrie, I am also excited to learn more about Giving Tuesday and to speak with her about it when I am back.
