Hybrid, recurring volunteer opportunity (2–4 hours per week with a flexible schedule) providing free, personalized STEM tutoring and mentorship to K-12 students from underrepresented communities. Based in or near Vallejo, CA. Duties include meeting virtually or in-person with students to assist with homework, test prep, and STEM projects, serving as a positive role model, and tracking student progress. They are looking for patient, enthusiastic college students, graduate students, or professionals with a passion for science, technology, engineering, and math. No teaching experience or education is required.
