Full-time, in-person call center scheduler at MarinHealth in Novato. Greet patients by phone, schedule appointments, verify insurance eligibility, prepare medical records, and use the electronic medical record system plus office equipment to keep everything organized. No experience is required, though some customer service or scheduling experience is a plus.
