We are hiring for an entry-level Administrative Assistant position at a small but busy property management company serving Marin and Sonoma Counties. This role is central to operations at our Novato office and can be structured as either one full-time position (Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.) or split between two part-time employees. Initial responsibilities include filing, answering phones, and general administrative support, with opportunities to grow into a property management role. We offer tuition reimbursement for licensing, a casual office environment, flexible breaks, two weeks paid time off after 90 days, and up to $500/month toward Kaiser health, dental, and vision coverage. Candidates must be organized, self-directed, personable, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Pay starts at $20/hour.
