Administrative Specialist PT- Alameda, CA

The City of Alameda’s Housing and Human Services Department is looking to hire a part-time Administrative Specialist. This role will provide administrative support for our programs, specifically assisting with the coordination of the Alameda Collaborative for Children, Youth and their Families (ACCYF) and the Social Service Human Relations Board (SSHRB). Key responsibilities include front desk support, managing calendars, auditing invoices, and scheduling meetings, all while collaborating with City staff and community partners.
