This week, I had two interviews with a company that I was willing to volunteer to practice with us. I also worked on having phone conversations with classmates as being the customer/employee. I also worked on my resume during employment services.

Today, I completed a typing test for the first third of class. Then I worked on a 3 scenario communication through phone as a employee and as a customer. I will be joining in a little bit a graduation for people that I have completed their training (people who have been here for three months).

Today, I listened to the remaining people do their customer service exercise portraying as being a bad or good employee in certain situations. Today, I worked on creating my WordPress profile for POW and creating a bio for it. I also worked on setting my phone for work for the first time. After that, I attended a check-in to discuss my progress in the CTP program.

Today, I listened to people that were presenting their POW appointment setups. I also practiced typing during the first part of the class. I also interviewed with employment services during the last period of class.
