Today I learned that I like using Anydesk for computer remote help vs the others that I tried. It’s the easiest and I don’t need to regester like I previously thought I did. I also learned what’s the hardest part of this project is installation. Which sounds simple but it’s not.

Today was really fun, we did resume stuff and interviewed each other. It was fun learning more about my co hort. I also worked on my resume some more.

Today I learned how to turn my data into a fillable table. It was fun doing data entry. That is all I learned today.

Today I learned that you can just split stuff up in google sheets. I also did a lot of data entry and that’s about it. Not too much besides project stuff.

Today I learned that it’s good to ask a lot of questions. We asked questions on extensions we use and had good conversations about it. I also did my monthly email.

Today I learned how to do customer service calls. I also learned how to save contacts to the sip phone. I also learned how to record a voicemail professionally.

Today I took a test on how to use google docs and sheets. I’m still a little rusty on sheets and I will have to learn more. That is all.

Today I learned that I give too much details on the employment gap. I learned what to say instead. I also learned that sometimes being vague is the best option.

Today I learned how to run a sysnop on my vm that ran windows 10. I also learned the difference between a file manger and a device manager. A file manager is outside the vm, a device manager is inside the software.

Today I learned how to do the disk imaging with no sys prep. It was exciting that I could do that without help. It was much easier than the disk partitioning.
