What I did Today?

Today we practiced typing and then we watched a video on how to deal with customer service by being attentive, using active listening, and also using objective listening. Lastly, we went over the message taking exercise template while listening to the voice mails of different people.

What I did Today?

I practiced typing, played the cash-out game, did a practice of pretending to be the customer or employee with the POS training or online store script, and went through the slides of a search modifier, and we all practiced it on the Chrome search bar.
