What I Did Today

I presented my tech article and then practiced handling customer complaints in class. Nothing was tough with it and I had a good time pretending to be an employee, a customer, and a manager in the practices. I hope that next time we work more with using MicroSIP other than just this week.

What I Did Today

I started my day with researching jobs and posting them onto the skill center. For the rest of the day I worked on a new project working on google slides presentations to improve it. I have to admit, I am rusty with slides and need to get creative with my ideas.

What I did today…

Typing Test. Watched a customer service video. Listen to calls and took messages from the voicemails. Filled out the message in a doc. Started doc on professional email responses for customer service. This post.

What I did Today?

Today we practiced typing and then we watched a video on how to deal with customer service by being attentive, using active listening, and also using objective listening. Lastly, we went over the message taking exercise template while listening to the voice mails of different people.

We continue our lesson on business phone manners. Taken good message, writing down good notes. We view a video on being a good listen. by being an Attentive, Active and Objective listener. We started a assigment on responding to Customer emails. Listening is very important in Customer service
