What I Did Today
I presented my tech article and then practiced handling customer complaints in class. Nothing was tough with it and I had a good time pretending to be an employee, a customer, and a manager in the practices. I hope that next time we work more with using MicroSIP other than just this week.

Today we practiced typing and then we watched a video on how to deal with customer service by being attentive, using active listening, and also using objective listening. Lastly, we went over the message taking exercise template while listening to the voice mails of different people.

I got a 17 out of 20 on the Independent Challenge. Jose helped me install a program to make a call on my computer book that works with Chromebook. It was nice with having class with CTT.
