Today we were assigned a new Accountability project. This will be very challenging. We are also starting a new elective project. I will be focusing on a new slide project.

Signed up for a health class and gym. Everyone was very supportive and we all gave each other a hand. All in all a good day.

We are deep into selling Gym and Spa products and services. Hands-on partnering with other classmates and staff. Cool

Exciting day. we are going to simulate intake calls for a health spa and gym. Making appointments and selling health accessories. Got to 16 wpm typing.

Started Berk segment of CORE training. We will be very busy! Learned more about Skillsoft. I feel a little more hip to the procedures now.

Typing practice. Our class seems to be a lot more supportive of one another now that we have been working together for a while. worked on resumes. Do not know why this is such a difficult process for me. I really enjoy the mock interview sessions. Merry Christmas to all, and a Happy New Year …

Wow! Made and received professional phone calls. used hold buttons, transferred calls, and referred customers to voice mail. I liked it and am looking forward to using these skills in a paid position someday soon.

Typing Practice. Still working on it. Should start moving a little faster. We worked on making professional emails. And today we worked on professional phone etiquette.
