today in class we practiced receiving phone calls. this was a difficult class for me since my headset is undependable but I survived. tomorrow will be better!

Today, I began with a 15-minute typing exercise on MonkeyType. I then watched a presentation about phone etiquette in the office titled “When the Phone Rings.” After that, I worked on the Power of Wellness phone scripts, going through scenarios 1 to 5. Finally, I recorded greetings for the various voicemail options.
