Today was a little challenging. I worked on CRM and it was complicated. I was challenged when trying to follow directions. I got some help from Mark, He was very patient with me. I would like to become a professional in that area. It was awesome. Today was a good day.

Today I started a new lab project on remote connectivity. While I was looking up the terms for my ticket I recognized the full names of some of the abbreviated terms, and what they meant without looking them up.
What I did today
I worked remote connection worksheet. Started VM and in VB downloaded Team Viewer to a machine not at my location. Connected two machines with one machine 50 miles away. All and all a productive day.
