The Client Services Supervisor (CSS) plays a pivotal leadership role within the organization, overseeing the daily operations of the Client Services Team. This position requires a confident and organized professional with a strong background in transportation operations and client services. The CSS is responsible for training, supervising, and supporting the Client Services Coordinators (CSCs), ensuring all account tasks and duties are clearly understood and documented. They maintain and audit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), uphold data accuracy through regular checks, and manage scheduling, time-off, and shift coordination. As a Trinium Super User, the CSS serves as the primary liaison between users, clients, and IT support, and is responsible for creating and managing Transportation Management System (TMS) reports and alerts. Additionally, the CSS conducts performance reviews, provides feedback, resolves team conflicts, and ensures cross-training for operational continuity, all while keeping the team aligned with departmental goals through consistent communication and meetings.

M-F, 8 hour shifts.

Listed pay is: $68,000 to $69,000 a year.
