The Concierge/Front Desk/Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests, residents, and staff, providing courteous reception services and handling both phone and in-person inquiries. Key responsibilities include answering and directing calls, taking detailed messages, greeting and assisting visitors, updating resident records and appointment schedules, organizing mail and documentation, and supporting the marketing and dining departments. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, a tidy work area, and adherence to company policies and procedures, along with completing other assigned tasks as needed.
Listed pay is $21 to $22 an hour.
