The Customer Care Representative at Vintage Design LLC is responsible for providing exceptional service and support to builders and homeowners through efficient coordination, communication, and follow-up. This role involves receiving inspection reports, ordering and tracking replacement parts, and ensuring parts are received and available before scheduling repairs. The representative will maintain constant communication with field technicians, schedule inspections and service appointments in a time-sensitive manner, and support the team in executing warranty and production repairs. Additional responsibilities include responding to phone inquiries, securing authorization for billable work, assisting with purchasing tasks when needed, and handling post-installation service needs. This position requires strong organizational skills, urgency in task completion, and a high level of customer focus.
Listed pay is $23 to $25 an hour.
