The Customer Service Agent plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless travel experience for airline passengers by delivering high-quality service across various touchpoints. Responsibilities include issuing, reissuing, and refunding tickets; booking and confirming flight reservations; and managing check-in, seat assignments, and boarding procedures. The agent is also responsible for assisting with irregular operations by rebooking passengers and coordinating accommodations when necessary. Additional duties involve processing baggage, operating jetways, verifying travel documents, and providing special assistance to passengers in need. The Customer Service Agent adheres to strict company policies, FAA/TSA regulations, and maintains consistent professionalism and punctuality while utilizing multiple internal systems to support travelers effectively.
Full time schedule with overtime as needed.
Listed pay is: $21.46 an hour.
