The Customer Service Representative for flooring installations acts as a key liaison between Home Depot stores, customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Responsibilities include monitoring installation crews’ capacity, coordinating schedules, processing work orders, training installers, and handling escalated service tickets. This role also involves warehouse duties, adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs), supporting recruitment efforts, and occasionally traveling to field offices for onsite support—all while maintaining strong communication and customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.
M-F morning shift, with rotating weekends.
