The Front Desk Agent is responsible for accommodating hotel guests by handling check-ins, room assignments, key issuance, reservations, and check-outs while maintaining accurate records of room occupancy and guest accounts. This position plays a crucial role in delivering excellent guest service and ensuring smooth front desk operations. Key responsibilities include performing nightly audit procedures in accordance with Delta King Standards, processing guest payments, and assisting with accounting paperwork. The Front Desk Agent must effectively communicate guest needs to management and other departments, provide prompt and courteous service, and support additional duties as assigned to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Morning, day, evening and night shifts, 4 or 8 hour, with weekends and holidays as needed.
Listed pay is: From $17 an hour.
