Front Desk Agent (Hyatt Centric, Full time, In person, Santa Clara, CA.)

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and maintaining accurate room and guest records. This role includes greeting and registering guests, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and providing information on hotel services and local attractions. Agents ensure compliance with front office procedures and relevant regulations, post charges to guest accounts, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, and resolve guest complaints professionally. Additional responsibilities include upselling services, handling payments, preparing amenities, safeguarding valuables, and maintaining a clean, professional appearance while delivering exceptional customer service.

M-F day shifts, with evenings and every weekend.

Listed pay is: From $20 an hour.
