The Front Office Manager/Front Desk Manager oversees the daily operations of the front desk while managing accounts receivable, employee performance, scheduling, training, and guest satisfaction. This role involves billing and following up on direct accounts, conducting staff evaluations, ensuring proper staff attire and training, managing inventory, and responding to guest complaints and chargebacks. The manager coordinates closely with other departments, especially Sales, and handles all aspects of front desk operations including shift coverage, audits, cost control, and emergency procedures. Strong leadership, hospitality, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
M-F with evenings and weekends as needed.
Listed pay is: $70,000 to $75,000 a year.
