The Customer Service Representative is responsible for building strong customer relationships through accurate transaction processing, personalized financial service recommendations, and proactive account management. Duties include handling payments, managing customer data in the POS system, completing daily call campaigns, assisting with collections, and supporting community outreach and marketing activities. The role also involves maintaining store cleanliness and security, performing opening and closing procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
