The Customer Service Associate serves as the primary point of contact for participants, families, care providers, Regional Center personnel, and transportation vendors, managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. Responsibilities include notifying customers of service schedules and delays, addressing concerns or complaints, processing service change requests, and documenting information accurately. The role requires strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, strict confidentiality, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Candidates must type at least 45 WPM with high accuracy, be fluent in both English and Spanish, and possess the ability to problem-solve and effectively communicate with diverse groups. Experience with phone systems such as RingCentral is a plus.

Listed pay is $21 to $23 an hour.
