As a Patient Services Representative II, you will be the first point of contact for patients entering an outpatient medical facility. In this vital front-desk role, you’ll greet and check in patients, verify insurance and personal information, schedule appointments, update the Electronic Health Record (EHR), and facilitate intake processes including forms and payment collection. Your strong communication skills and customer service approach will help foster trust with patients, their families, and healthcare teams. This position requires knowledge of insurance and billing procedures, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently or as part of a team. Experience with EPIC and medical call centers is preferred. A high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail is essential in maintaining compliance with privacy standards and ensuring smooth patient experiences.

M-F day shift, with weekends as needed.

Listed pay is: $29.45 to $36.81 an hour.
