The Hotel Guest Services Associate is responsible for creating a welcoming environment and delivering exceptional customer service throughout a guest’s stay. Duties include managing reservations, check-ins, and check-outs; assisting guests with local recommendations, upselling packages, and coordinating reservations or appointments; and responding to guest needs through various communication channels. The role also involves collaborating with housekeeping and kitchen teams, handling guest issues, and stepping in to oversee hotel operations in the manager’s absence. Associates are expected to embody the core values of Grace, Grit, Attentiveness, Adaptability, and Above & Beyond.
Morning and evening shifts, with weekends and holidays as needed.
Listed pay is: From $19 an hour.
