Job Title: IT Support Technician

Job Summary: Entry-level position providing in-person IT support to employees at Maas Energy Works’ Redding office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure software and hardware according to specifications.
- Assist with the maintenance of local networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate software and equipment.
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedules.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees in relation to IT needs.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
