We practiced typing, and then there were questions about the accountability project that is due on Thursday. There were also check-ins for the class to make sure that we were progressing. Then we started to do an in-class activity on a class flyer assignment, using the texts from the CTP website on the Customer Service Office Support document. I made the flyer by using a CTP flyer example. I felt that this was an interesting and exciting assignment. Because I have learned so much from doing it.
