What I Did Today

In my 1st hour, I was shown a list of volunteer positions that I could place into the CTP website, so for today, I mainly focused on posting those, instead of the sources of jobs I normally use. For my 2nd hour, I found an emergency food organization in San Francisco.

What I Did Today

Today I spent my time adding and polishing my web page by adding images and hover effects. Stylizing was a great deal of fun. I then practiced learning some more tecnuiqes using HTML and CSS to further my practice. Things are starting to come along and look pretty good. Excited to work more on this project a bit more, as well as share my tech article tomorow.

What I Did Today

Today as an administrative associate, I was able to post 4 job listings for IT support roles. I was also able to post 3 more volunteer opportunities for IT and technology roles. I worked on finding job fairs in northern California. I had some difficulty in finding some but I was able to locate a promising one that starts next month in Sacramento. I hope to be able to find more jobs fairs and to become more efficient at it in the future.

What I Did Today!

The first thing I did was work on my Google Slides. Then I became an employee and I voiced shopping at BerkMart. Then I became the customer who then shopped at BerkMart. It was pretty easy to do, but I kept on imagining all kinds of bad things. Next, I worked on the BerkMart flyer project. It came along nicely and I turned it in. All I did then was the, “What I Did” post. It was a good day.

What I Did Today

Finished the end of the HTML on a VM web server project and started on the HTML advanced lab. Nothing seemed to be working good for me today. struggled trying to figure out how to do anything productive in the whole 3 hours of time today. Aug/20/1968 250,000 Soviet and Warsaw Pact troops invade Czechoslovakia at night to suppress the Prague Spring.

What I Did Today

Today was another interesting lab day. I started where I left off by using commands using Secure Shell in the command prompt to change the default page that’s on my virtual machine. For most of the day, I have been working on my HTML file. I’ve gotten some of the basic formatting down as a refresher from what I learned in a previous HTML class, but getting it to exactly where I want it is probably going to take a little time. Still a fun lab all the same.
