What I Did Today
Today I picked up right where I left off, diving straight into my virtual machine setup. I started by locating its IP address, then used SSH through my local command prompt to establish a remote connection and launch the VM. Once inside, I disabled the firewall to ensure smooth access and got to work on my web page, customizing layout and features with HTML. It felt great to make solid progress and see things coming together. Definitely a productive day.
What I Did Today
Today, we continued our HTML lab. I finished setting up my Virtual Machine with all the software and settings. After testing for the IP address on the machine, I connected to the Apache VM from my own PC using Secure Shell, which I found fascinating. After doing some testing of the web server and making sure the firewall was disabled per the assignment, we were all shown a tutorial to make things easier for the actual HTML design part of the lab.
What I Did Today
For the first hour I researched job listings and I posted 5 to the website. My focus / keyword search was Administrative Support in the Santa Rosa area.
I then moved on to my slides project – Google Sheets Introduction – and learned something new today that I incorporated into the presentation. I took video screenshots of the autofill feature and added three videos to the slide # 9. When Jose and I first talked about this presentation, he wanted me to make it interactive so that CORE students would participate while it’s being presented. I really love the way the project is going and have enjoyed building it from scratch and watching it come together. I’m feeling very proud. I will hit my 100 next Tuesday, so I am hoping to get it all done and approved before Phase 2 of AWEX is over. If not, I hope to come back in Phase 3 to complete it.

What I Did Today
Today we continued the HTML on a VM Web Server project, it was a fun little project and i almost finished the whole project just have 3 steps left. It was satisfying to get it working properly and everything flowing along as it should.
