The Customer Service Specialist plays a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience by managing service requests, scheduling visits, and ensuring efficient routes for CRANE Pros technicians. In this role, you will answer and make calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments, while using web-based systems to optimize technician schedules. You’ll listen carefully to customer needs, resolve issues with empathy, and keep accurate records in the customer database. Additional responsibilities include rescheduling unserviced accounts within 24 hours, supporting quality assurance initiatives, and safeguarding customer privacy. This position emphasizes integrity, problem-solving, and a service-first mindset to help the branch grow and retain customers.

M-F schedule.

Listed pay starts at $25 an hour.

What I Did Today

The presentation this week was on sexual harassment and it took up about two hours of the session this week and was awarded a certificate of completion. Then onto interview practice for the last hour of the day. Carrie switched it up today and put us in pairs to interview another person and was a good change of pace and different feedback. today in history 1883 The first Carnegie library, financed by industrialist Andrew Carnegie, opens in Dunfermline, Scotland, as the first of 2,509 libraries built around the world.

What I Did Today

Today, I completed a sexual harassment training. I had a similar training before, so I was familiar with it. Next, I worked on my professional Interview Questions for the day. Finally, I participated in practice interview questions and an exercise where I and a partner interviewed ourselves with questions. It was a very interesting one and I got some good feedback and gave some feedback to my partner as well.

What I Did Today

Today we continued with employment services, going over the class schedule and looked into sexual harassment training. I completed the hour long sexual harassment training and emailed the certificate to the instructors. We worked on our professional documents throughout class, as I focused my attention on filling out more of the interview questions. Near the end of the session, we did some interview practice and wrapped up for the day with a self-assessment.

What I Did Today

Today I took the 1 hour sexual harassment class and received my certification. I then spent some time working on my professional documents. To wrap the day up I went over some review questions and answers with the class, as well as a one on one session with Jaden.

What I did today

In the first hour I started with 15 minutes of typing practice, and then moved on to adding job listings to the CTP website. In hours two and three I worked on the emergency funds list for Madera and Glenn Counties.

Today was Friday so we practiced our interview answers. I cannot believe how much better I feel about answering them than the first month. I feel good and confident when I proctice them…..knck on wood. They may not be the best answers but they are good and real and committed to memory.
