What I Did Today.
Today, I did my normal tasked, but I also worked on my resume. I wanted to include my experience in this position on my resume, so what I did 1st was to put my current task in ChatGPT. I wanted my task to be short yet descriptive bullet point sentences.
WHaT i DiD ToDaY…!!
We presented our tech posts and we discussed my topic of Hawk-Eye being introduced into MBL, I loved the feedback and conversation it invited. Had a mandatory meeting that cut into class significantly so will be doing my lab on Saturday since I really need to catch up on learning how to do this current lab. Came back and had a check in with Devon & Carrie. They were both encouraging and helpful. Thank you both! 🙂
What I did Today?
Today I went over the Power of Wellness In-Person Customer Service Scenarios #2, by demonstrating being the employee, asking the customer if they wanted any of the gym services such as massages, personal training, or a health consultation. And I sent out an email confirmation to the customer. I also played the part of the customer. Then I checked in with some of the representatives from Pro Customer Service and Administrative training.
What I did today
Today we continued working on the Drive Imaging lab. We learned how to create a Image backup. We recorded our core training portfolio. We did our core check-ins.

What I did today
For the first hour I added job listings to the CTP website, focusing on the San Francisco Bay Area. In the second hour I continued adding listings to the emergency food list for LA County. In the last hour I worked on finding companies that support DEI to add to the potential partners list.

Today we continued to do our main lab project today. The process is going well. I was able to finish my portfolio with my instructor helping me.
What I Did Today
I practiced my typing – my fastest speed today was 63wpm
I practiced role playing customer service with POW – we scheduled appointments, sold equipment from the website, and sent appointment reminder emails.
I did my check in with Devin and Carrie and discussed my progress this month as well as next steps for SJS.
