Today I got refreshed on Goggle Slides and how to create formulas. This was the first official day in the Pro Customer Service and Administration official work assignments. We worked on Berkmart Conference Registration email and meeting invitation.

Today we worked on Google Sheets and we started coordinating a BerkMart Investors Conference – picked venue and date and made a registration form for the event.

Hello. I admit I am having a hard time remembering to clock in and out. I didn’t clock in or out for any of my breaks. I am sorry about that. I have added Homebase to my start-up tabs. Fingers crossed that might jog my memory. I am grateful for our new students and their questions. Mike and Marc working with them is filling in some of the gaps in understanding I had from the first month. I began working on creating an event for the BerkMart Investor’s Conference. This project is making my dig deep into my understanding what we have learned so far.
What I did today
We did BerkMark conference project today. It’s my first official day in Protraining class and it was fun!

Today I sent in an email for the Berkmart hotel conference project, I emailed the location of where the hotel is located.
What I Did Today
Today we started with the CTT orientation and catching up on yesterday’s lesson plan. This included setting up a Chrome profile, setting up Chrome extensions, logging into WordPress, using ChatGPT and other AI tools, going over SkillSoft, and getting logged into Slack. Finally, we had some extra time to work on the next lesson plan and get started on ticketing systems, including logging into osTicket and doing an overview.
