We were practicing our customer service skills today. By practicing being a cashier and a
customer at BerkMart we expanded our customer service skills. While you are practicing, you can gain new skills and refresh your knowledge.
What I did Today!
Today was very interesting conceptually, I created a nested LAN using VirtualBox and pfSense. it was somewhat frustrating that I could not get my Debian VM to connect as expected, however that afforded a good opportunity to do some Linux troubleshooting.
What I did today
Today I added more entries to the Job Postings List. I applied for two jobs. I began more work/struggling with the Trailhead Salesforce tutorial. I am not sure why this is hard for me to grasp. The terminology is not very familiar to me. I’m struggling to the point that I have asked my grandsons to come over and help me out. Pizza and drinks are hard currency with teenage computer geeks.

What I Did Today
I learned how to use BerkMart WordPress and how to create my WordPress Bio. While I was navigating WordPress, I found the photo icon and many other options were hidden behind a plus symbol. We also learned how to schedule an email. You can schedule an email for later that day, a few days later, or even several months away.
What I Did Today
Today I kept busy posting job listings. mostly remote, entry-level, and full-time positions. I sent off three requests for donations to the graduation project. I was able to get some typing practice in as well. I am still working on getting my work day pass word so that I will be able to record my working hours.
