The Verizon Customer Representative (Ambassador) serves as a direct point of contact for customers, communicating Verizon’s products and services to meet individual needs while ensuring a top-tier customer experience. This front-facing role involves managing multiple accounts, processing sales and service upgrades, acquiring new customers, and resolving issues in real time. Additionally, the ambassador supports team development by coaching peers, implementing creative sales strategies, and shadowing senior consultants to grow into leadership responsibilities.
Listed pay is $800 to $1,200 a week.
