The Veterinary Client Services Supervisor is responsible for managing the front office operations and ensuring high-quality client service. This includes recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising administrative staff, as well as overseeing client interactions and medical records management. The role supports day-to-day operations in collaboration with the Office Manager, resolves client concerns, enforces policies and procedures, and identifies workflow improvements. Additionally, the supervisor contributes to employee evaluations and assists with reporting and decision-making to support the hospital’s operational and service goals.
Day and night shifts, with weekends and holidays as needed.
Listed pay is: $26 to $29 an hour.
