Today started with typing for 15 minutes. Then I worked on practicing customer service calls with another co-worker. Then I completed and submitted an assessment for Google Docs and Google Sheets.

Today started with 15 minutes of typing and a brief orientation on SIP calls using the BerkMart for a store. Employee/Caller switching with partner after scripts were completed individually. We then did the independent challenge. I did fine with the first two, and with the Google Sheets, I still need more training.

Today’s class was Employment Services with Carrie. We did a video recorded interview with Carrie. I worked on my resume, cover letter and interview questions. I worked on our interview questions,we answered interview question and did our assessments and blog.

Today, I started the class doing a practice interview through video. Then I worked on my professional documents like my resume and my LinkedIn profile. On the third part of class, I gave answers to practice interview questions with my co-workers and listened to other peoples answers as well.

Today in class, Carrie recorded us doing a 2-question interview. After that, I worked on my interview questions. We then all answered some questions out loud. To finish off the day, we worked on our Pro weekly evaluation and our “What we did today”

I completed several Percipio courses this week, as well as polishing my interview questions and answers, working on Google Docs and Slides, and practicing my public speaking. We also practiced customer service interactions this week.

Today in employment services, we started with a recorded interview session. Since this session was recorded we will be able to see for ourselves how we perform in an interview. After that I worked on polishing up some of my professional documents, ensuring they were linked to my Job Log. To wrap the day up, …
