The Hotel Front Desk / Night Auditor is responsible for providing courteous and efficient guest services during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and responding to guest inquiries. The role involves performing nightly audit procedures to balance room charges, verify billing accuracy, and prepare financial reports. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and secure lobby area, conducting property security checks, handling emergency situations, and communicating effectively with hotel departments. The position requires adherence to Hilton and Home2 Suites brand standards and safety protocols.
All shifts, including overnight. Weekends and holidays as needed.
Listed pay is: $19 to $23 an hour.
